Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPH3AL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,829 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPH3AL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrion organization, ATP biosynthetic process, and AV node cell to bundle of His cell communication by electrical coupling. Each is linked with RPH3AL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPH3AL-to-partner and partner-to-RPH3AL results are reported.
