Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGRIP1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,443 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPGRIP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH9, SPEF1, and TSNAXIP1. Each is linked with RPGRIP1L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGRIP1L-to-partner and partner-to-RPGRIP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPGRIP1L versus DNAH9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGRIP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGRIP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
