RPGRIP1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGRIP1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,560 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPGRIP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEDC2, C4orf3, and TLCD3A. Each is linked with RPGRIP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGRIP1L-to-partner and partner-to-RPGRIP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEDC2 grouped by RPGRIP1L-low versus RPGRIP1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGRIP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGRIP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
