Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPGRIP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,928 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPGRIP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTO, OGFOD1, and COQ9. Each is linked with RPGRIP1L in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGRIP1L-to-partner and partner-to-RPGRIP1L results are reported.
