Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT2, DDIT3, and VN1R6P. Each is linked with RPGR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGR-to-partner and partner-to-RPGR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNFT2 grouped by RPGR-low versus RPGR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
