RPE65

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPE65 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 177 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPE65-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCD, RPL3, and TRPA1. Each is linked with RPE65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPE65-to-partner and partner-to-RPE65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCD grouped by RPE65-low versus RPE65-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPE65→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPE65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
