RPAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,080 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIH1D1, STRAP, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with RPAP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAP3-to-partner and partner-to-RPAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPAP3 versus PIH1D1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
