Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK1, POLR1A, and PUS7. Each is linked with RP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP9-to-partner and partner-to-RP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RP9 versus FOXK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
