Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM5, POLD2, and SKA3. Each is linked with RP9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP9-to-partner and partner-to-RP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RP9 versus LSM5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
