Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PALM, RAD51AP1, and CC2D2A. Each is linked with RP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP1-to-partner and partner-to-RP1 results are reported.
