Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, TFRC, and Bim. Each is linked with RP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP1-to-partner and partner-to-RP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by RP1-low versus RP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
