RP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,777 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA2, MUC17, and CDH23. Each is linked with RP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP1-to-partner and partner-to-RP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMA2 grouped by RP1-low versus RP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
