Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROPN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDOC, CFAP70, and FAM172BP. Each is linked with ROPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROPN1-to-partner and partner-to-ROPN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROPN1 versus ALDOC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
