Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP6, CD44, and MAPRE3. Each is linked with ROM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROM1-to-partner and partner-to-ROM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP6 grouped by ROM1-low versus ROM1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
