Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, ACC_pS79, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ROM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROM1-to-partner and partner-to-ROM1 results are reported.
