Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A and KRTAP7-1. Each is linked with ROM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROM1-to-partner and partner-to-ROM1 results are reported.
