ROCR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,863 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIX, SULT2B1_S318, and BBX_S844. Each is linked with ROCR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCR-to-partner and partner-to-ROCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROCR versus NFIX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
