Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,298 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL12A, CAV2, and TWSG1. Each is linked with ROCK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK1-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROCK1 versus MYL12A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
