ROCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXN, PBK, and SOCS6. Each is linked with ROCK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK1-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FXN grouped by ROCK1-low versus ROCK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
