Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,204 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of bicellular tight junction assembly, Vesicle targeting, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with ROCK1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK1-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK1 results are reported.
