Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,586 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, PPM1F, and MRPS7. Each is linked with ROBO3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO3-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO3 results are reported.
