Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNVU1-2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,156 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNVU1-2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with RNVU1-2A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNVU1-2A-to-partner and partner-to-RNVU1-2A results are reported.
