Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNVU1-2A RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNVU1-2A data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RNVU1-2A RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNVU1-2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and CESC show a favorable association.

TGCT, UVM, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNVU1-2A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
