The most reproducible RNU7-8P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle cytoskeletal trafficking, Cellular response to oxygen-glucose deprivation, and Maintenance of protein localization in endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with RNU7-8P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-8P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-8P results are reported.
