RNU7-8P

associated omics data
RNA, U7 small nuclear 8 pseudogeneGenealiases: RNU7-139P · U7.8

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-8P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-8P expression is associated with patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU7-8P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU7-8P RNA expression shows 6,921 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU7-8P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU7-8P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU7-8P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (3). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU7-8P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU7-8P expression shows unfavorable associations in BLCA, STAD and COAD. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RNU7-8P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU7-8P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU7-8P shows lower tumor expression in BRCA. The BRCA box plot shows higher RNU7-8P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.339, t-test p < 0.001).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with RNU7-8P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, RNU7-8P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with COAD recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
