Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-8P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-8P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU7-8P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-8P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, STAD, and COAD are the cancer types where RNU7-8P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
