Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-75P RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-75P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RNU7-75P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-75P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, KIRC, and SARC are the cancer types where RNU7-75P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
