Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-57P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,707 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU7-57P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT-CO3, SYNC_S325, and SHTN1. Each is linked with RNU7-57P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-57P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-57P results are reported.
