Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-57P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-57P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNU7-57P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-57P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNU7-57P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
