RNU7-154P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-154P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,350 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU7-154P-associated genes across cancer lineages are AASS, ANKRD10-IT1, and ATP1B3-AS1. Each is linked with RNU7-154P in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-154P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-154P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-154P versus AASS in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU7-154P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU7-154P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
