Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-154P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-154P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNU7-154P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-154P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and LUSC show a favorable association.

THCA, READ, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU7-154P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
