Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6ATAC32P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,585 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6ATAC32P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHAMP1_S405, MAP3K7_S367, and PRRC2A_T825. Each is linked with RNU6ATAC32P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6ATAC32P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6ATAC32P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC32P versus CHAMP1_S405 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
