Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-88P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,108 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-88P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and Negative regulation of cellular catabolic process. Each is linked with RNU6-88P in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-88P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-88P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein polyubiquitination grouped by RNU6-88P-low versus RNU6-88P-high in STAD.
