Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-88P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-88P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNU6-88P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-88P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCS show a favorable association.

SKCM, UCS, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-88P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
