Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-877P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,085 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-877P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, and Negative regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RNU6-877P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-877P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-877P results are reported.
