Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-877P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-877P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNU6-877P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-877P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRC, and MESO are the cancer types where RNU6-877P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
