Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-665P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,491 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-665P-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASAP1-IT2, MALAT1, and RNU4ATAC18P. Each is linked with RNU6-665P in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-665P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-665P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-665P versus ASAP1-IT2 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU6-665P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU6-665P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
