Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-665P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,236 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-665P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Neural nucleus development. Each is linked with RNU6-665P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-665P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-665P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening grouped by RNU6-665P-low versus RNU6-665P-high in ESCA.
