The most reproducible RNU6-491P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Glial cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with RNU6-491P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-491P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-491P results are reported.
