Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-476P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-476P expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-476P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-476P RNA expression shows 15,681 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight THCA, BRCA, and DLBC as cancer lineages where RNU6-476P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
