Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-322P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,057 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-322P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phospholipid biosynthetic process, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with RNU6-322P in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-322P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-322P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phospholipid biosynthetic process grouped by RNU6-322P-low versus RNU6-322P-high in STAD.
