Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1291P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1291P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1291P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RNU6-1291P RNA expression shows 10,385 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in SARC. Together, these results highlight OV, UCEC, and SARC as cancer lineages where RNU6-1291P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
