associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 1262, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1262P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1262P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1262P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU6-1262P RNA expression shows 15,399 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight LUSC, THCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where RNU6-1262P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-1262P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-1262P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (17). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-1262P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-1262P expression shows unfavorable associations in LUSC, KIRC and THCA, but favorable associations in ACC, LIHC and SKCM. The LUSC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LUSC as the clearest survival context for RNU6-1262P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-1262P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-1262P shows lower tumor expression in THCA, BRCA, PAAD and LUSC and higher tumor expression in CHOL and STAD. The THCA box plot shows higher RNU6-1262P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −1.362, t-test p < 0.001).
