Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-122P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-122P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-122P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU6-122P RNA expression shows 7,299 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight BLCA, STAD, and ESCA as cancer lineages where RNU6-122P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
