Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1177P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1177P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1177P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RNU6-1177P RNA expression shows 9,011 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight LIHC, LUSC, and LSCC as cancer lineages where RNU6-1177P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
