Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1176P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1176P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNU6-1176P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1176P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and BLCA show a favorable association.

LIHC, COAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where RNU6-1176P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
