Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1121P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1121P expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1121P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-1121P RNA expression shows 9,774 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight KICH, BRCA, and THYM as cancer lineages where RNU6-1121P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
