Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-100P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,100 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-100P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with RNU6-100P in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-100P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-100P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening grouped by RNU6-100P-low versus RNU6-100P-high in DLBC.
