Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-100P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-100P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU6-100P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-100P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and READ show a favorable association.

UCEC, UVM, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNU6-100P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
