The most reproducible RNU5E-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial genome maintenance, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with RNU5E-1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU5E-1-to-partner and partner-to-RNU5E-1 results are reported.
